Core Research Area: Interior Environments and Human-Centred Design. Key Research Themes: Sustainable Interior Design, Biophilic Design, Learning Environments and Workplace Environments.  Arc. Olanike Abigael Ekuri is a licensed architect and PhD candidate in Architecture at Lead City University, Nigeria. She's had over 18 years of professional experience in architectural design, project management and construction supervision. Her professional practice spans residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial and institutional facilities. Her research examines how interior environments influence human experience, behaviour, wellbeing, learning and performance. Her work includes studies of preschool and workplace environments, sustainable interior design, and architectural digital design studios. Her doctoral research investigates the influence of digital design studio elements on students’ learning experience in selected universities in South-West Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects and is registered with ARCON.

I am a Reader in the department of Quantity Surveying, FUTA. My research interests is in Green building development and construction cost management. 

Mrs. Folasade Olabisi Adejola is a Registered Builder with over fifteen years of professional experience in the construction industry. She has experience in construction management and in building construction and maintenance. She is currently employed with the Department of Building Technology in Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria, as a Technologist. She is an emerging academic researcher with research interests in Digital Transformation, Smart Construction Technology, Construction Management, Circular Construction, and Sustainable Construction. She has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at conferences. Folasade Adejola was a recipient of the Africa Sustainability Infrastructure Mobility (ASIM) Scholarship, which granted her a research residency at the University of Johannesburg, located in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2025. Additionally, she won the Best Graduating Master’s Degree Student in Construction Management award in the Department of Building Technology at Covenant University in 2025. Folasade values self-development and seeks to equip the future generation of built environment professionals through mentorship and knowledge sharing, as well as to contribute research focused on the digitalization of construction to improve project delivery on the continent.

Oyine Mary Enefu is a researcher and academic with interests in sustainable building services, indoor air quality, energy efficiency, environmental noise pollution, and acoustic performance. Her work focuses on developing practical frameworks for noise-resilient and sustainable housing design, particularly in urban Nigerian contexts. She is also engaged in research on green building materials, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality, evidence-based approaches to sustainable development. Passionate about impactful research and innovation, she aims to contribute solutions that improve the quality, resilience, and sustainability of the built environment.

I am a master’s candidate at the University of Johannesburg, specializing in Construction Management. Driven by a vision to amplify Africa’s presence on the global map, I aim to develop insights that highlight African innovation. My research aspirations include exploring Construction Health and Safety and the role of digital technologies in improving site outcomes. My research centres on the digitisation of construction safety in African countries, with a particular emphasis on integrating reality capture technologies. I am especially interested in the application of 360‑degree panoramas and how these tools can be strategically leveraged to create safer project environments and achieve zero harm on construction sites. I am driven by the ambition to help redefine the role of the modern Construction Manager, advocating for a future where technology is the primary shield for worker safety across the continent.

QS. Oluwaseye Adenike Victoria, (MNIQS, RQS) is a Lecturer in the Department of Quantity Surveying at Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa, Ogun State, Nigeria. Her core research area is Project Management, with a focus on cost control, project delivery, and best practices in the construction industry. She is passionate about training the next generation of construction professionals and advancing efficiency in project execution. QS. Oluwaseye obtained her National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State, and a http://B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.  She is a proud member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is registered with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria. Known for her diligence, dedication to knowledge sharing, and commitment to student success, she is devoted to producing competent graduates who will deliver quality in the built environment. Beyond academics, she enjoys traveling, meeting new people, reading, and impacting lives through mentorship.  QS. Oluwaseye is married to MLS Ifeoluwa Johnson Oluwaseye and they are blessed with beautiful daughters. She hails from Modakeke in Osun State, Nigeria.

I am a Quantity Surveyor, academic, researcher, and strategic project professional with over 15 years of experience in construction cost management, project management, estimating, procurement, tendering, and interior design. I hold a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Quantity Surveying and a Diploma in Interior Design, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Quantity Surveying at the University of Lagos, researching the integration of Artificial Intelligence into Competitive Intelligence within the Nigerian construction industry.   I currently serve as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Lagos, where I teach and support courses in Quantity Surveying, construction economics, measurement, and strategic project management. I also work as a Project Quantity Surveyor, providing professional cost and commercial management services on building projects.   My academic and professional interests include Artificial Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, cost intelligence, sustainable construction, project management, and emerging technologies in the built environment. My long-term goal is to contribute to academia, industry, and research through technology-driven approaches that improve decision-making, productivity, cost management, and strategic performance in construction.

Dr. Michelle Iyabo Fasona is a lecturer in the Department of Environmental Management, Lagos State University (LASU), Nigeria. She holds a Ph.D. in Natural Resources Conservation from the University of Lagos and has extensive experience in biodiversity conservation, ecosystem management, landscape ecology, GIS, remote sensing, and environmental education. Her research focuses on biodiversity conservation, habitat connectivity, wildlife ecology, and the application of geospatial technologies to environmental management and conservation planning. Dr. Fasona has received several academic and research awards, including the WWF Prince Bernard scholarship, A. G. Leventis Scholarship and the S. L. Edu Research Grant. She is actively involved in environmental education, conservation outreach, and mentoring students and young conservation professionals. Through her teaching, research, and professional service, Dr. Fasona is committed to advancing sustainable environmental management and strengthening conservation science and practice.

I am a visionary leader who advocates for inclusion and transformation within the built environment. My career has been built around understanding how land, property, planning and governance come together to enable sustainable developments.

I am a graduate of Architecture with over 15 years of industry experience, in areas such as Residential ( Individual homes and Residential Estate Development ), Institutional ( Commercial Banks, Religious Buildings) currently undergoing a PhD program in Architecture with interests in Housing Studies and Sustainability.
